Role Overview
VoiceMap is a high-growth business that moves fast, implements changes quickly, and is constantly evolving to meet the demands of a global customer base. We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically proficient Financial Accountant to join our small team. This is a hands-on role that goes beyond traditional accounting – the right person will be comfortable rolling up their sleeves, contributing in other areas when the business needs it, and thriving in an environment where no two days are quite the same.
The ideal candidate brings solid technical accounting knowledge, a working understanding of international financial reporting standards, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, multi-currency environment. Equally important is a forward-thinking mindset – someone who embraces new tools and technologies, including AI, as a means of working smarter and keeping pace with a business that never stands still.
For the right person, there is also genuine scope to go beyond the finance function and contribute to business analysis – helping translate financial data into insights that inform real strategic decisions at a company where finance sits close to leadership.
